Right, There’s this place it’s like 1,000 miles away, yeah. It’s called Jeremy or Grr many or whatever. N innit is people who live like proper happy in-dare. Yer Germanans yousta have this war cos they were all mentals, day got all deese cool badges n moustaches n tings n they wannid ta show all dem world em, safe. But it wernd n we all didn like dat dutty bling so we battered them, gangsta style. Int end we made em build a pukka wall but they dealers wannid to deal boths sides of it so day paid David Hasselhoff to knock it down, boo ya. But thing is, now these Shermans, they all happy, but we keep talking about them moustaches nt guns, which they don’t like. Dem Gergans think we’re living int past wit house musik, they’re all techno eds and they is right. Cos worlds moved n dat, n we don’t know it. Yoaw, Peace.

The fish contains soya sauce. You can buy them for a few cents at the Asian supermarket in the Alexanderhaus on Alexanderplatz.

I must see if the whale restaurant not too far from here is still open. Er, when I say "restaurant" I mean "marine mammal research establishment performing research on a self-selecting control group".

Nope, made the plane - but only just due to late departure from Tegel (a broken-down airplane tug) and Charles de Gaulle's (the airport, not the dead president) incompetence when it comes to providing more than one immigration officer for processing a sudden incoming wave of late transerers with non-Schengen destinations. First time I've been the last person to board a flight, I think.

Anyway, not having an iPhone, I had to resort to a trick to blog from the plane: a 10,000 km long network cable.

Nice to make your (blog) acquaintance, and some interesting info on HG - I totally missed out on the phenomenon and sadly lack the contemporary cultural context within which to interpret it, which reduces me to sticking up youtube links and saying "more crazy stuff from Japan" .

Well, you can put your name down for some fantastic deals on used IKEA furniture for a start. Provided the global economy doesn't fold up on itself in the next couple of months. Anyway, as Douglas MacArthur is reputed to have stated following his eviction from the Phillipines, "I shall be back".
