They don't broadcast in Bavaria either (or at least where I live), so I've been missing out on the exploding caravans since December
It looks like the BBC is actually posting clips to YouTube - that might soften your Bavarian exile.
you might inform them of their mistake here - i did - those ingrates!

I emailed as well, but unfortunately I doubt we will win this battle. Although Clarkson I can do without
Just came by to say "hello", really. As a home-based Brit (ie one based in UK, not one purchased from a popular DIY chain) I can't comment on the whereabouts of BBC World - although I would pay money to see someone explode Jeremy Clarkson on TV (Just kidding, Jezza!)
Hello Marsha,
well, to be honest if I could be bothered to find some way of accessing domestic British TV, I wouldn't give Mr. C a second glance. But it's a sad reflection upon life in Germany that Top Gear is one of the comedy highlights of the week. German TV just does not do comedy. (They're brill when it comes to WWII documentaries though). Fortunately repeats of Just a Minute are available via BBC7 on the internet, so all is not lost.
Penguin, is that true about Just a Minute? With Kenneth Williams, even? (Rather than Paul Merton, for whom my loathing knows no bounds.) If so, that's me sorted till 2010.
Yup, go to the BBC7 page. They don't have an archive of all progs, but they do repeat a different one every week. Sometimes even with Kenneth W. Failing that there's always "Round the Horne".
I didn't realise Mr C made an appearance on BBC World. News from Papua New Guinea takes priority, donesn't it?
On BBC World they like to tone things down at the weekend, so instead of wall-to-wall news buffered by shows such as "Dubai Business Daily" and "Despatches from A Depressing War Zone - One Village's Fight Against the Tsetse Fly", you get "Boring Male-Orientated Sports Such as Yachting (Sponsored By BigIntlCorp)" and "Obscure International Journos Review the Week's Events in Brussels", and of course "Mr. C's Incredible Exploding Caravans". So you see why it's a bit of a high-point in the schedules.

Who,What,FAQWho
Mount Penguin is technically British, but has lived in Berlin for like yonks. WhatThis is a blog of odd stuff he comes across in everyday life, etc. Bit of a lucky dip really. FAQI did originally intend to put together what one day might be the ultimate Berlin FAQ. Due to global warming that hasn't yet happened, but nevertheless if you have any questions about Berlin, feel free to ask them here and I'll see if I can find an answer...
